properties. It helps to lock in moisture and protect the lips from harsh conditions.

Cocoa butter: Cocoa butter effectively helps hydrate dried-out chapped lips even in harsh and
extreme weather conditions.Cocoa butter is a healing ingredient that helps lighten dark lips and
remove any pigmentation on them.

We charge a flat shipping charge per order, irrespective of the order size and value.
Flat rates apply and customers can choose from the below options at the time of checkout.

Standard Shipping: (In Mumbai)- Rs. 55
Standard Shipping: (Outside Mumbai)- Rs. 100

The orders are shipped within 6-7 working days from the date they are received. Shipping details will
be shared with the registered mobile number and Email ID (if shared).

Cancellations cannot be requested once an order is shipped out of our warehouse.

Refund Policy:

We do not return the goods or refund the amount once the product has been purchased. An order
placed can be cancelled within one hour of placement. To cancel your order, please email us
support@arovaa.com with your order ID along with reason for cancellation.
